Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on order size, weight, and destination. All orders are made to order. please allow additional processing time before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because every obstacle is built to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eva@obstaclefactory.com with order info + photos and we'll make it right.
